It’s a fluid spreadsheet that we use weekly and monthly to manage our campaigns.
With several key sections included, it’s designed to streamline your entire content creation, backlink and technical SEO tasks whilst calculating the costs for each month based on the activities you have planned.
The best part?
You can add tasks from the SEO Framework into your Strategy Template and customise it further based on your requirements.

This is the working document built for the piece of content you’re creating each month.
You populate the Overview section based on what you’ve included within the respective section of the Strategy Template.
You’ll notice the Overview bullet list matches the fields within the Strategy Template spreadsheet, this is to ensure consistency and seamless communication between the SEO and content writer.
The sections that follow (after the Overview) contain the structure for the post to be written including text areas for the content writer to complete.
